Fishing, and Fighting
I’ve only ever been in one guild that managed to get people together to farm up materials for raiding. So on Saturday night we decided to get everyone together and fish up the: Fathom Eel, Lavascale Catfish, and Highland Guppies needed to make feasts.
Let the madness ensue!
It Was a Good Idea at the Time
So our standard farm nights generally start with each of us going to a designated spot, and starting there.
By designated spot, I really mean we just go to whichever zone we want. So I, being the smart one, or the one who forgot when it actually started, logged on 30 minutes early and picked out my prim spot in Uldum for Fathom Eel.
It was great, no Allies were bothering me, the pools were spawning like hot cakes, and I was already up to 50 fish by the time everyone else logged on. So we get the raid together, and what do I see a few minutes later on my mini map?
A little green dot appears, it’s ok Wolfeson our hunter is fine, he’s more than welcome to fish with me, he’ll just stay…pink dot, green dot.
Hmmm, LTSmash, and Bounceybra are down her…purple dot, orange dot, blue dot, brown dot…
I am un-amused. /Sigh
Fine, I can share. I learned early on as a middle child that sharing is what you do with your younger sibling, and what no one else does with you. So, after they bled my once fertile seas dry, they all left me for green grass, or rather more pregnant waters. I stuck with it, I wouldn’t give up on my beloved….yeah I lasted 5 more minutes, then went to Tol Barad to fish with them.
Like I Said Fighting and Fishing
You’d think we’d learn by now that when a group of us get together in an area where there will be obvious PvP we get nothing done.
Bathe in the Blood of the UNCLEAN! /Cough I mean hello fellow players, I apologize that you chose to play Alliance but you will now be slain with honor on my warriors blade, by the blessed arrows of my hunter, and the arcane and dark magics of my mage and warlock. All while I will heal them through your weak attempt to smite us. Also a special thanks to our Shaman for the Water Walking.
In the end the Allies learned to stay clear of us and we met our fishing quota, I will leave you will a screen shot of the victors.
